PETS ARE FAMILY, AND WE SEEK TO PROVIDE A LEVEL OF CARE FOR THEM AS IF THEY WERE OUR OWN. THANK YOU FOR TRUSTING US WITH YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBER!

Hi! My name is Nicole!

I’m the owner and founder of WedPets. In August of 2017, Dane and I were married. We had wanted our German Shepherd, Greta, to be part of our special day, but this came with many challenges. With a lot of planning, great vendors & amazing friends, Greta got to be there. Everything was perfect.

A couple of months went by and I couldn’t stop thinking about how more couples might like to have their pets be part of their special day. The following November, WedPets was born. I am honored to help make the impawsible pawsible for others on their most special day.

In addition to running WedPets and being a basic dog mom, my husband and I have fostered dogs, foster failed, and will foster again! We are now a family of four (Ike, our chocolate lab mix entered our lives two weeks after our wedding as a hurricane rescue) and have a little baby boy on the way!

Andrea

Hey there! My name is Andrea and I am a Pet Handler here at WedPets. I’m a Saint Louis native and a die-hard animal lover. So, it’s only natural that I’ve ended up here! As a mom of 4 large breed dogs, 2 cats, and 9 chickens, I can truly say I’ve seen (and cleaned!) it all.

My animal care background is rooted in shelter work, so I have extensive handling experience across a multitude of behaviors and am extremely comfortable with strong pullers, reactive dogs, and dogs with fear/anxiety based challenges. My full time job is in market research, but I’ve combined my love of dogs + nature and created my very own canine hiking service here in the Lou, called LEASHcapades. You’ll rarely find me out and about without a leash in my hand.

I look forward to meeting you and your furry loves for your big day! I want you to know, I’ve got your back.

ERIN

My name is Erin and I am a Coordinator for the WedPets team. I met Nicole through a fundraiser for Five Acres Animal Shelter and instantly knew I would love to be part of her crew.

I am originally from Des Moines, Iowa but have called STL my home for the past six years. My 14-year-old (fur) child, Lilly, is the light of my life and was the flower girl at our 2015 wedding.

Fun fact, my husband Nick and I got married on Halloween! I am the owner/ lead photographer of STL PET PICS, a wedding coordinator for Lost Hill Lake Events, and I have a career in marketing which led me to work at a local pet care facility for three years.

I am so excited to build from my experience and begin working as part of the WedPets team. I have never met a dog I didn't like (who has?) and I already feel honored to be able to help pet parents make their wedding day dreams come true!
